Getting Started

Ever needed to find a Heritage branch or ATM, check your accounts, transfer some funds or pay a bill while you're out and about? With the free Heritage iPhone®, iPad® and Android mobile apps you now can.

Already registered for internet banking? Download the App now and use your existing member number and password to log in.

If you aren't registered for internet banking yet, we'd be happy to help you– simply call us on 13 14 22 or visit your local branch. Alternatively, complete the Personal Internet Banking form and return to us. 


Our Mobile Banking App offers a range of features to help you stay on top of your finances conveniently and safely, when you are on the go. 

Move money

  • Pay Anyone – add and delete new internal or external payees
  • Perform transfers between banks in under 2 hours using NPP Faster Payments
  • Set up and maintain your PayID
  • Pay bills with BPAY®

Card management

  • Activate, cancel, or place a card on hold
  • If you cancel your card a replacement will be ordered automatically
  • Block online, international in-store or all card payments

Keep track of your spending

  • Set up quick home screen balances
  • View scheduled payments
  • View recent transaction history including Visa Authorisations
  • Switch between your linked memberships
  • Nominate eligible accounts for eStatements


  • Use password, PIN, Fingerprint or Face ID to log in on applicable devices 
  • Device Authentication - an extra layer of security for your account that ensures only devices you allow can perform advanced functions such as adding a new payee
  • Inactive Devices - if your device becomes inactive, you’ll be prompted to enter your full internet banking password to login again
