Quick start your application online. Tell us about your income, expenses, existing loans and credit history. If you meet our basic eligibility criteria, you'll be able to submit your application quick start and we'll be in touch.
This is when you should get your supporting documents ready to send us including payslips and statements. If you want to do your homework, use our Personal Loan Checklist to see what we'll need in advance.
Our Lending Specialist will give you a call back to discuss your application and join any missing dots. We'll also check your credit report.
Ready to apply? We'll ask you to sign your application form and provide your supporting documents before you submit your loan application for assessment.
If your loan is approved, we'll send your contract to you in a way that suits; email, post or pick up at your local branch. Make sure you read all the terms and conditions before you sign.
When your contract is returned and checked by our Lending Specialist, we'll arrange your loan settlement. This is the day your loan starts and the money becomes available for you to spend in the way you discussed with your Lending Specialist.
