Login to your Mobile Banking App, go to ‘Manage Cards’ and follow the prompts to cancel your card. Alternatively, cancel your card in Heritage Online or call 1800 076 037. If overseas, call +617 4694 9139.

How do I reset my internet banking login password?
If you've forgotten your login password, or you are locked out of your account we'll need to speak to you to provide you a new password.
