Apple Pay is easy to use with the devices you use everyday - your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac.
With Apple Pay, there's no delay, or looking for cards and wallets. There's no touch-and-go, when you tap and pay.
Paying with Apple Pay is secure and private, as your card details are not stored on your device, or handed over at the point of sale.
Login to the Heritage Mobile Banking App. Tap "Manage Cards" and select the card you'd like to add.
Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" and follow the prompts.
Open the Watch App on your iPhone and tap "Wallet & Apple Pay".
Then tap "Add Credit or Debit Card" and follow the prompts.
Quickly pay in store using your iPhone or Apple Watch.
Double click on the side button, glance at your screen, then hold your iPhone near the reader.
Hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID.
Double click the side button and hold your Apple Watch up to the reader.
When you add your Heritage card to Apple Pay, the card will be defaulted to the Visa network for payments with Apple Pay.
To change the payment network on iPhone, open the Wallet app, tap on your Heritage card, tap the more button , choose the network.
To change the payment network on Apple Watch, double-click the side button and select your Heritage card, tap your card, choose the network.
Apple Pay can be used anywhere you can tap and pay or anywhere you can see this symbol.
Apple Pay is the easier, safer way to pay in stores, in selected apps and on participating websites with your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac.
You can quickly check out using the devices you carry every day.
Apple Pay is also the safer and faster way to pay on participating websites and in selected apps because you no longer have to create an account or fill out lengthy forms.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If your Heritage Visa Debit or Credit Card is lost or stolen you’ll need to report this to Heritage as soon as possible so that we can cancel your card.
Follow our steps to report a lost, stolen or damaged card using your Heritage Mobile Banking App. If you do not have the Heritage Mobile Banking App, you can cancel your card in Heritage Online or contact us for assistance.
Once you report your card as lost or stolen, you will no longer be able to use your physical card.
If your card has been loaded onto a digital wallet, online store or subscription service which is linked to your card credentials, you will still be able to make transactions and your card details will automatically be updated when you activate your new card. To cancel these contact us on 13 14 22.
If you notice any unauthorised transactions, we can help you dispute a transaction.
How do I update my Heritage card in Apple Pay to include the eftpos payment network?
To update your Heritage card on a compatible iPhone:
Step 1: Remove your card from Apple Pay on your iPhone.
Step 2: Add your card back into Apple Pay on your iPhone.
To update your Heritage card on a compatible Apple Watch:
Step 1: Remove your card from Apple Pay on your Apple Watch.
Step 2: Add your card back to Apple Pay on your Apple Watch.
