How do I change my eStatement preferences?
You can enable or disable accounts for eStatements in the Settings menu of our Mobile Banking App, in the Services menu of Heritage Online or by calling 13 14 22.
Due to legislative requirements, if you have a joint account with a loan or credit account you won't be able to nominate for eStatements online. Please complete and return our eStatement Application for Registration form to update your preferences.More help
