View Online History

To view the activity that has occurred on your membership via Heritage Online and your Mobile Banking App, login to Heritage Online.

Go to the Settings menu and select View Online History.

This will show you a list of transactions that were performed throughout your online banking sessions including:

• Account Opening
  
• BPAY® payments
  
• Business Banking
  
• Card actions
  
• eStatements
  
• Internal Transfers
  
• Inter-bank Transfers
  
• Login/Logout Actions
  
• Password Actions
  
• Term Deposit Actions
