If you're an existing member with Heritage, you can open a new savings or transaction account on your existing membership in Heritage Online by following these steps.

  1. Log in to Heritage Online and go to the Accounts menu. 
  2. Select Open Savings/Transaction Account.
  3. Select the new account type you would like to open.
  4. Indicate if you would like to make an initial deposit.
  5. If you are making an initial deposit select the existing Heritage account from which to make the initial transfer. Then enter the amount of the initial transfer.
  6. Ensure you have read the Term and Conditions.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Double check all the details and click Open Account to open the new account.

Please note, opening an account in Heritage Online will not order you a Visa Debit Card automatically. You'll need to request one from us, either by filling out the Contact Us form when logged into Heritage Online or by calling 13 14 22.
