Western Union changes name to Convera

Western Union is changing its name to Convera.

Earlier in 2022, Western Union announced it was rebranding to Convera and transitioning to the new name over the following months.

That transition is now in its final stage.

From Monday 14 November, the final transition to retire the Western Union name starts and the Convera name will take its place between now and mid January.

At Heritage:

• We are updating relevant mentions on our website, mobile app and Heritage Online to reflect the name change; and:
• We are updating brochures to reflect the name change.

The changes are only to the name and branding, with Convera continuing to provide Heritage and our members with the ability to complete international funds transfers.
