Two Sydney branches to reopen after temporary closure

Updated 10 September 2021

Heritage Bank’s branches at Castle Hill and Parramatta in Sydney will reopen on Monday, 13 September. This follows the temporary closures of both branches after a staff member returned a positive COVID test on 8 September.

All other staff members at the branches have been tested and returned negative results. Heritage has since completed a COVID-level deep clean of both branch locations.  These actions are consistent with State Government directives, and with Heritage's commitment to protecting the wellbeing of staff and members.

To access banking services and support, members can also use Heritage internet banking and the mobile app, as well as contact our 24/7 Australian-based Contact Centre at any time of the day or night.
