The Heritage Bank Festival of Food & Wine starred on the opening weekend of the iconic 10-day Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers on Friday 21 to Sunday 23 September. The festival showcased local produce, wines and craft beers from pastures, orchards and vineyards of South Queensland Country and featured over 50 food and wine stalls, beer and BBQ demonstrations, garden gurus and cooking demonstrations.
The culinary adventure was supported by a jaw-dropping line up of music over the three days:
Friday September 21- Ali Barter, Cloud Control and The Living End
Saturday September 22 – The Dusty Springfield Show, Chocolate Starfish and The Church
Sunday September 23 – Kyle Lionhart, Augie March, Swing On This featuring Rob Mills and Ben Mingay and Choirboys
