Password security

Remember, your password is top secret and needs to be protected. This means that you must not:

× Tell anyone else your password

× Write or record your password in any way, except in a disguised manner that is meaningless to anyone else.

If you have a joint account under which any one of you can transact (one to sign), you will share the same Heritage Online login password for that membership.

You should change your password immediately if you suspect that someone else may know it. Refer to the Guide to Heritage Deposit Products for the complete Heritage Online terms and conditions.
