Can I pay my bills using BPAY® in branch?
From 16 September 2026, we’ll no longer offer over-the-counter BPAY® payments in our branches.
You can continue to make BPAY® payments using:
- Bank@Post at your local Australia Post outlet
- Heritage Online and the App
- Heritage Phone banking, or;
- Directly with your bill provider via direct debit or Visa Debit card
