Daily Transfer and BPAY® Limits

View Daily Transfer and BPAY Limits

Login to Heritage Online on your mobile browser or desktop computer. Go to the Settings menu and select Daily Transfer/BPAY® Limits. This function allows you to view your current daily transfer and BPAY limits as well as reduce them.

Increase Daily Transfer and BPAY Limits

You can request to increase your daily account transfer and BPAY limits up to the maximum amounts listed in the Fees and Limits Guide. 

Contact us on 13 14 22 anytime and request to increase your transfer limits. Please note for security reasons, transfer limits cannot be increased online.

Decrease Daily Transfer and BPAY Limits

If you'd like to decrease your daily account transfer limits, you can do this yourself online. Login to Heritage Online on your mobile browser or desktop computer. Go to the Settings menu and select Daily Transfer/BPAY Limits.

You can reduce the following limits:

Daily limit for transfers between Heritage members
Total daily transfer limit when performing transfers between Member Numbers

Daily limit for Interbank transfers
Total daily Interbank transfer limit when performing transfers to another financial institution

Daily limit for NPP faster payments
Total daily NPP faster payment transfer limit, for fast payments performed in the Mobile Banking App

Daily limit for online account interbank transfers
Total daily Interbank transfer limit when performing interbank transfers from online accounts

Daily limit for BPAY payments
Total daily BPAY limit when performing BPAY payments

Daily limit for BPAY payments to special billers
Total daily BPAY limit when performing BPAY payments to special-limit billers
