Heritage Bank today launched a new and improved version of their internet banking platform, Heritage Online.
Heritage customers now have the option to try the new version before it is officially switched over in a few weeks.
The new Heritage Online has all the same features customers know and love but with a brand new look, some minor functionality upgrades and behind-the-scenes security improvements.
Heritage Bank CEO Peter Lock said, “We’ve listened to the feedback from our customers and incorporated this for an improved Heritage Online banking experience.
“As part of this, we’ve also re-designed the new version for improved compatibility with mobile devices. This means customers can access the full version of internet banking easily when they’re on the go.
“Many of our customers turn to online channels to interact with us so our focus is on making it as easy as possible for them to do business with us.
“Through the new version of Heritage Online, our mobile banking app, Heritage MobilePay and more, we’re providing them with a variety of options to suit their needs.”
