Select branches to reopen on Saturdays following temporary change to trading hours
Heritage will recommence “Sit Down Saturdays” at a number of Heritage branches after temporarily ceasing the service due to escalating COVID-19 cases in the community.
From 19 February, the following branches will reopen on Saturdays:
- Coomera
- Carindale
- Chermside
- Highfields
- Maroochydore
- Springfield
- Castle Hill*
“Sit Down Saturdays” are an opportunity for members to visit a branch for consultations to discuss lending, investing, insurance, online services, and other general banking needs.
No tellers will be available for cash transactions on Saturdays – these can be done at the branch Monday to Friday, or via the ATM at any time.
As an essential service, we’re very much open for business but our top priority is ensuring your health and safety, as well as that of our team and the community.
