We’re getting ready to introduce an online redraw facility for Heritage customers in the coming months.
Having an online redraw facility means you will be able to access payments-in-advance you’ve made on your eligible home or personal loan, from the convenience of your computer or mobile phone, rather than having to visit a branch or call our Contact Centre.
As part of our preparations to introduce this exciting new feature, we’ve made changes to the way loan balance figures appear in Heritage internet banking and mobile banking.
