Heritage makes changes to fee structure

Heritage Bank has made several changes to its fee structure, effective from 1 November 2017.

These changes apply to customers who have a Heritage credit card, deposit product, a line of credit or an overdraft product.

In these cases, Heritage will:

• No longer charge a $1.75 fee for these customers to obtain a cash advance or undertake a balance inquiry at a Network ATM
• No longer charge a $15 fee for the issue of a Visa card (or replacement of a card) using the Choose Your Own Card service, which has been discontinued.

Heritage has updated its Guides to Heritage Credit Card products, Guide to Deposit Products, Heritage Bank Fees and Limits Guide, and Lending Terms and Conditions, to reflect these changes.
