Heritage Bank has released its annual calendar for 2026, continuing the popular celebration of the iconic homes that have shaped Queensland’s history.
First launched in 1982, the Heritage Bank calendar traditionally features a hand-painted artwork of a historically significant home. Following the success of 2025’s special 150th anniversary edition, the 2026 calendar will again highlight a curated collection of homes from previous decades.
Heritage Bank merged with People’s Choice Credit Union last year to create People First Bank. The organisation is continuing to trade under the Heritage Bank brand for an interim period, and this year’s calendar retains the Heritage Bank branding.
People First Bank Chief Customer Officer Maria-Ann Camilleri said continuing to honour previously featured homes was a natural choice.
“Our organisation was built off the back of strong community roots, and these homes represent the people and places that have helped shaped that history,” Ms Camilleri said.
“After celebrating 150 years in 2025, we wanted to continue honouring that legacy in a way our customers and communities connect with.
“Each home captures a chapter of our story.”
This year’s edition includes 12 homes originally featured between 1995 and 2009, spanning Brisbane, regional Queensland and the South Burnett.
Calendars are available now at Heritage Bank branches in Queensland and New South Wales for a gold-coin donation.
More than $400,000 has been raised for charity through calendar donations over the years, with up to $15,000 expected to be raised this year for the People First Bank Foundation.
