Temporary change to branch trading hours

Trading hours across Heritage’s branches are changing temporarily from Monday, 6 September up to, and including, Friday, 22 October 2021.
Due to recent changes to Government legislation, our staff are required to complete essential compliance and regulatory training. The embedding of this compliance will ensure we continue to provide our members with an outstanding banking experience. Through this training our staff will become better equipped to help our members make informed financial decisions and achieve what they need.
However, we understand this may disrupt your visits to our branches. To minimise this we’ve organised small changes to branch trading hours spread out over the next few weeks.

Our Contact Centre is available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 13 14 22.
