Getting started

Getting started with internet and mobile banking at Heritage is easy.  We call our internet banking 'Heritage Online'. That's because you can access it online anytime on your desktop computer or mobile internet browser. You can also use our Mobile Banking App to bank on the go.

If you haven't already, you'll need to register for Heritage Online to login for the first time.  To register, simply call us on 13 14 22 or visit your local branch.

How to reset my forgotten password
If you've forgotten your password we'll need to issue you with a new one. Contact our internet banking support line on 1300 722 767.
How do I view my interest year to date?
To view your interest year to date, login to Heritage Online, go to the Accounts menu and select View Interest Year to Date.
Update my address, phone number or email address
Update your contact details when logged into Heritage Online, over the phone or in person. 
Daily transfer and BPAY® limits
You can view and decrease your daily transfer limits in Heritage Online. To increase your limits, contact us 24/7 on 13 14 22.
