The Foundation will use a selection committee of staff from Heritage and People’s Choice to help select the recipients of the grants.
To apply for this grant round, applicants need to meet the following criteria:
Preference will be given to applicants whose program/service:
We will not providing funding in any of the following cases.
✘ Programs outside Australia
✘ Auspiced applications
✘ New program or service
✘ Sponsorship or fundraising appeals
✘ Events or commercial activities
✘ Small contributions to large capital programs
✘ Programs of a political or religious nature
✘ Requests to support individuals
✘ Recurrent operational costs such as rent and utilities
✘ Study or attendance at conferences or seminars
✘ Endowments, memorials, bursaries or named academic chairs
✘ Motor vehicles and buses
✘ Government entities
✘ Private schools
✘ Other PuAFs and PAFs
✘ Sport, recreation or social activities for their own sake
✘ Programs which duplicate existing services
✘ Research
✘Animal welfare

To be eligible for the Heritage and People's Choice Grant, your organisation must meet our standard selection criteria, and work across the majority of Heritage and People's Choice footprint as detailed below.
