the name, composition and mandate of the main body overseeing remuneration; The Remuneration and Governance Committee is made up of three non-executive directors. These non-executive directors include Mr Kerry Betros, Dr Dennis Campbell and Mr Brendan Baulch. The Remuneration and Governance Committee is appointed and authorised by Heritage's Board to assist the Board in fulfilling its regulatory obligations. Accordingly, the Remuneration and Governance Committee exercises the authority and power delegated to it by the Board.
