New design for Heritage Bank Mobile Banking app
Heritage Bank has released a brand new look and more features in the latest update for its mobile banking app.
Besides a new look and easy-to-use design, you’ll also find a couple of extra features including the ability to view authorised Visa card payments, view scheduled payments and switch between membership numbers, just like you can with our normal online banking service.
Heritage Bank CEO John Minz said, “The Heritage mobile banking app first launched in 2011. Since then, technology has changed so we’ve been looking at new ways to improve the mobile banking experience for our customers.
“We’ve received a lot of feedback from customers on the features they like, what they don’t like and what they want from a mobile banking app.
“We’ve incorporated some of this into the design of the new app and will have more regular updates from now on while taking user feedback into consideration.”
Other features in the works for release later in the year include:
• Using a four digit PIN to login
• Card management features
• Optional Quick Balance – view an account balance without logging in
• The ability to schedule transactions/periodic payments and more!
To use the app, users need to ensure their devices are operating on Apple iOS version 6 or above, or Android 2.3 or above. To update or download app, go to the iTunes App Store or Google Play and search for “Heritage Bank Mobile Banking".
