Heritage’s scores highest customer satisfaction in Australia
Heritage Building Society has outshone all other financial institutions in Australia to record the country’s highest customer satisfaction rating in survey results just released by Roy Morgan Research.
Heritage scored a 90.9% customer satisfaction rating in the survey, which for the first time has included a section on the performance of individual credit unions and building societies.
Heritage’s satisfaction rating was the highest recorded of any institution – topping all other banks, credit unions and building societies across Australia.
The 90.9% rating was also significantly ahead of the average of all banks, which sat at just 75.8%.
The results are outlined in Roy Morgan Research’s Customer Satisfaction – “Consumer Banking in Australia” monthly report for December 2010.
CEO John Minz said the survey outcome clearly demonstrated that Heritage was delivering on its People first promise to its members.
