Heritage appoints Head of Third Party Channels
Heritage is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Ure to the new position of Head of Third Party Channels.
Heritage General Manager, Retail Services Mr Paul Francis welcomed David to the new position saying his strong performance in his previous role at Heritage as Regional Manager, Central Region was a key consideration in his appointment.
“Since his commencement in the role of Regional Manger, Central Region in 2005, David has displayed strong leadership qualities, the qualities that Heritage values in its people leaders,” Mr Francis said.
“In his new role David will lead a diverse team engaged primarily in the distribution of the Society’s products and services through third-party channels, including brokers and other alliance partners while promoting best sales management practice and lead change processes.
“Managing one of the Society's critical channels, David is also responsible for ensuring all-of-business processes are implemented and monitored to ensure optimum delivery of the product and services suite across all channels.”
Mr Francis added, “I am firmly of the belief that David will add considerable value to the Society and its members in his new role.”
David said he is looking forward to the challenge of the new role and ensuring that the distribution of the Society’s products via third party channels is consistent with the People first approach to service that Heritage is committed to.
“My background and experience in strategic sales and relationship roles will be an asset as I take a long term strategic approach to the role,” Mr Ure said.
“Heritage has a strong brand and service reputation in the industry and as a multi-award winner including numerous national Best Building Society awards, it has a record of innovation, of being highly competitive with the big banks and of harnessing the confidence and support of mortgage brokers.”
