Change Authorisation Password

Accessible under the Settings menu (if you have an Authorisation Password).

If your membership requires a signature from two parties to authorise a transaction, you may be assigned an Authorisation password to enable you to perform transactions via Heritage Online.

This function allows you to change your Authorisation password at any time.

For security and convenience, make sure your new password:

  • Meets the security requirements as specified by Heritage
  • Is something only you know
  • Does not include birth dates or common sequential numbers; and
  • Extremely difficult for others to guess.
  • A message will appear on the screen confirming that your new Authorisation password has been accepted. Your change is effective immediately.
Note: You should change your Authorisation password immediately if you suspect that anyone else may know it. Read our tips on keeping your password and pin secure.
