Manage Account Nicknames

Accessible under the Settings menu.

This function allows you to set an alternate name for each of your accounts. If an account nickname is not set for an account then the default Heritage account name will be used.

To set account nicknames, access Manage Account Nicknames and click the edit button against the account you wish to set one for. Enter the new name and click Submit.

The maximum length from an account nickname is 30 characters.

Account nicknames are displayed within Heritage Online in most places, except when viewing transactions for all accounts, viewing interest for year-to-date or on Statements (both eStatements and paper statements).

To remove an account nickname, go to Manage Account Nicknames, click the edit button for your chosen account, clear the Nickname field and click Submit.
