Which products are applicable for Refer a friend?

 Enter the $1,000 draw by referring a friend, family member or colleague to one of these Heritage Accounts, Products or Loans:

  • Savings account 
  • Transaction account
  • Home loan (approved and funded)
  • Personal loan (approved and funded)
  • Term deposit
  • Credit card (approved)
  • Business account
  • Business loan (approved and funded)
  •  

    Once referred, get a $250 cash reward if your friend, family member or colleague opens a:

  • Home loan (approved and funded)
  • Business loan (approved and funded) - excludes Motor Vehicle Equipment Loans

  • The Home Loan or Business Loan must be open and funded within three (3) months of account opening.

    How many people can I refer to Heritage?

    You can refer up to five (5) of your friends, family or colleagues to Heritage per month.

    How do l tell Heritage that I was referred by a friend?

    You can let us know who referred you to Heritage within 28 days of opening your account. Call us on 13 14 22 or talk to your local branch to let us know who referred you. 

    What are the Terms and Conditions for the Refer a Friend program?

    When will I receive my $250 Home or Business Loan referral cash reward?

    In the month after the referred loan settles (is funded), Heritage will check that both the Referrer and New Member met the promotion terms and conditions.

    If eligible, Heritage will process the $250 cash reward for the Referrer and New Member by electronic transfer to a Heritage transaction account held in their name within seven days of the end of the month in which we checked eligibility. 

    For example, if you're loan settled in July then we'll check your eligibility for the promotion in August, and the payment will be made to your account by the August 25.

    Where a transaction account for the New Member does not exist, the cash payment will be made to the home loan account. Where a transaction account for the Referrer does not exist, the payment will be made to such Heritage bank account of the Referrer as is chosen by Heritage in its absolute discretion. Heritage account details will be used to issue the cash payments.

    How do I activate my Heritage Prepaid Visa gift card?

    If you received a Heritage Prepaid Visa Gift Card that looks like the below, you can activate this online at myaccount.universalgiftcard.com.au.

    Heritage Bank Prepaid Visa Gift Card

    Step 1: Enter the 13 digit Proxy Number (PN) shown on the front of the card underneath the Card Name.

    Step 2: Enter the 4 digit auth code that is detailed in the letter you received from Heritage Bank. If you've misplaced this code, contact Heritage Bank on 13 14 22.

    Step 3: Enter the 3-digit CVV number found on the back of your card.

    How do I use my Heritage Prepaid Visa Gift Card?

    You can use your Heritage Prepaid Visa gift card to make purchases anywhere that accepts Visa prepaid cards and can process them electronically. There is no PIN - simply sign the back of the gift card If you are paying for an item greater than the gift card amount, advise the salesperson to split the transaction.
