Why can't I view all my historical transactions in the Mobile Banking App?

The Mobile Banking App has been designed to be quick and simple to use when you are out and about.

This means you may not be able to access all historical transaction data. If the date range of transactions you are looking for is not available in the App, please login to Heritage Online on a mobile browser or desktop computer to view more.
