What can I do if my HOVA band stops working?

Call our Contact Centre on 13 14 22 and our staff can help you troubleshoot the issue. The HOVA was a limited production device and was removed from sale on 31 January 2022.

If our staff are unable to resolve the issue, we will be unable to issue you with a replacement HOVA. If you like the convenience of accessing your money on the go, there are heaps of alternative ways to pay with Heritage.
