Do all transaction types count towards my 10 purchases?

No, not all transactions will get you into the draw. An 'Eligible Transaction' is any card-less transaction where you pay with your smartphone or smartwatch (i.e Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay) linked to your Heritage Visa Debit Card or Heritage Visa Credit Cards during the promotional period. The transaction must be settled (not at 'pending status').

Transactions that aren't included in this promotion are:

  • Any payments using a physical card including contactless payments
  • NPP Fast Payments
  • Direct Debits
  • BPAY
  • Cash withdrawals of any type
  • Fees and charges on your account

Who can enter this promotion?

If you're over the age of 18 years and live in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or Tasmania, you can enter the promotion. Heritage employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Can I enter if I'm an existing Heritage customer?

Yes! You'll be entered into the draw if you're a new or existing customer and make 10 or more Eligible Transactions using your digital wallet linked to your Visa Debit Card or Visa Credit Card before 13 February 2022.

When will I know if I've won?

We'll draw the 20 winners randomly at Heritage Bank Head Office at 12 Noon AEST on 21 March 2022. If you're a lucky winner, we'll contact you within 2 business days using the details on your account. We'll also announce the winners online at heritage.com.au/terms-conditions from 22 March 2022.

How do I order a new debit card?

If you open a Heritage transaction account online or in-branch, we'll order you a Visa Debit Card during this process.

If you're an existing Heritage member and you have not had a card before, you can request a card by calling us on 13 14 22 or visiting your local branch. This includes for joint accounts or enquiries about ordering a Visa Debit Card for your child. 

If you have an existing individual account, you can request a new card when logged in to Heritage Online.

  1. Login to Heritage Online on your desktop computer or mobile internet browser.
  2. Check that your mailing address is up to date on your membership.
  3. Complete the Contact Us form detailing your request for a card.
Note: If you cancel an existing card in Heritage Online or the Mobile Banking App due to being lost, stolen or damaged, a new card will be ordered automatically for you.
