The Heritage Bank Toowoomba Royal Show returns to the Darling Downs from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th April 2021 with an exciting line up of activities and entertainment for the whole family.
To ensure the show operates as a COVID safe event, all tickets will be sold online to allow organisers to track numbers and comply with restrictions.
For over 20 years, Heritage Bank has supported the Toowoomba Show to help educate and showcase the outstanding agricultural and horticulture of our local region.
In 2021, Heritage Bank are backing a number of show activities. These activities range from projects that provide training and employment for refugees, through to multiple events which aim to educate the community about the importance of agriculture.
Be sure to wonder around the re-locatable gardens and permanent garden beds outside the Founders Pavilion , where you'll spot an array of vegetables and bear witness to the terrific work of the Mulberry Project.

The 2021 Heritage Bank Toowoomba Royal Show will profile the outstanding work of the Mulberry Project with a vibrant display of their fruit and vegetable gardens onsite at the Toowoomba Showgrounds. The project provides training, wellbeing and employment opportunities for refugees, migrants and indigenous peoples by transforming underutilised farmland into market gardens. With six different ethnic groups currently represented in the Mulberry Project, the project plays a vital role in supporting the migrant community by facilitating employment pathways in hospitality and horticulture.

Heritage Bank’s very own ‘Priscilla the Pig’ will be making her annual appearance at the 2021 show. Be sure to check her out near the front gate and take a famous selfie with Priscilla. She’s known to be a bit of a celebrity around Toowoomba!
The Ingenious story-telling show ‘Spirit of the Red Sands’, will be appearing for the first time at the Heritage Bank Toowoomba Royal Show. You can watch this spectacular performance in the Main Arena with daily shows, as well an evening show on Friday & Saturday night.

The Edible Garden Project kicked off early in the year with local schools receiving assistance to prepare and grow their own edible gardens. Hosted by Costa Georgiadis and Paul West, the Edible Garden Project seeks to encourage schools to get involved in growing their own produce and also draws on produce prepared by the Mulberry Project to prepare simple nutritious meals.
Pick up a map at the front gate and follow the trail around the grounds to learn interesting fun facts about Agriculture. A great way to educate the young ones and get some exercise at the same time!
The 2021 Home Grown Produce Competition will be a virtual display featuring entries from local schools and hobby gardeners.
