With the prevalence of COVID-19 in the community increasing rapidly at the moment, we’ve taken the decision to temporarily close a number of Heritage branches on Saturdays, effective from 15 January 2022.
Like many organisations, we’re currently working through the complexities of managing staff availability and protecting the health and wellbeing of both members and staff, as COVID cases escalate.
As an essential service, we’re very much open for business, but we must do that safely and in line with COVID protocols.
With this in mind, we are temporarily ceasing Saturday trade at the following branch locations for a four-week period:
After this initial four-week period, we will review the situation and decide whether we can re-open again on Saturday mornings.
We understand this may disrupt your visits to our branches however our top priority is ensuring your health and safety, as well as that of our team and the community.
