We recognise that the impact of natural disasters can leave people vulnerable and can have a significant impact on an individual’s mental health.
If you have been impacted by the recent floods you and your immediate family can access free, confidential counselling support.
Allianz is offering a free counselling service to flood affected customers until 19 October 2021.
Counselling sessions are handled by Assure Programs to help customers through the immediate trauma and crisis.

Who are Assure Programs? How can they help?
Assure is an independent, confidential professional counselling service. Assure psychologists are selected for their qualifications, caring, respectful approach and experience in providing support services.
Assure offers short-term targeted confidential counselling support to help people find positive ways to cope with and resolve issues or challenges arising from traumatic events. Where individuals would benefit from more than three sessions, the psychologist will refer on to a free or affordable service. For more information visit assureprograms.com.au.
