Heritage tops Queensland for banking satisfaction

Heritage leads Queensland’s banks with a 93.9% customer satisfaction rating in the latest Roy Morgan Research Consumer Banking Satisfaction Survey (May 2016).

It’s official – Heritage Bank has the most satisfied customers of any bank in Queensland.

Heritage leads Queensland’s banks with a 93.9% customer satisfaction rating in the latest Roy Morgan Research Consumer Banking Satisfaction Survey*. Heritage’s high customer rating is up 2.6 percentage points from last year, helping the bank to maintain the number one spot in Queensland ahead of CUA (89.9%), Suncorp Bank (85.7%), Bank of Queensland (83.7%) and the big four.

Heritage Bank CEO Peter Lock said, “We are thrilled and humbled to rate so highly with our customers.

“We’re always looking to improve our services to meet the diverse banking needs of the community so it’s fantastic to see we are heading in the right direction.”
