Aussies score Heritage Bank amongst best for customer satisfaction

Customers have again shown their love for Heritage after helping the bank to take out the 2016 Mozo People's Choice Award for overall customer satisfaction.

Now in their seventh year, the Mozo People’s Choice Awards are based on feedback from real customers from across the country and are recognised as the most comprehensive consumer report card on the Australian financial services industry

This year almost 30,000 Australians participated in the Mozo 2016 People’s Choice Awards by rating their financial institution on over the last 12 months.

From 165 institutions in banking, awards were given only to the top 10 ranked providers.

Heritage CEO Peter Lock said: “We are delighted that Heritage is again on the receiving end of some wonderful feedback from our customers.

“We measure ourselves on the banking experiences we deliver our customers, so to be judged so highly by real-life customers is extremely satisfying.”
