Heritage Bank has been voted Money Magazine's Customer-Owned Institution of the Year and Bank of the Year - Customer Service in the 2023 Consumer Finance Awards. It's thanks to members like you! 

For these awards, Money Magazine asked subscribers in a special readership questionnaire which bank they used and how they rated them for products and features, customer service and digital experience. 

Heritage Bank was awarded Customer-Owned Institution of the Year for having the highest overall composite ratings scores across product and features, customer service and digital experience. Only full-service customer-owned banks were eligible to win this premier award. We were also awarded Bank of the Year - Customer Service for being the banking provider that achieved the highest overall ratings scores for customer service.

We received two awards in the 2023 Finder Credit Card Awards. Our Gold Low Rate Credit Card received a highly commended award in the Best No Annual Fee Credit Card category. Our Business Visa Credit Card received a highly commended award in the Best Low Interest Business Credit Card category.

Our Car Loan was awarded the 2023 Mozo Experts Choice Award in the Used Car Loan category and received Highly Commended in the Finder Personal Loan Awards 2023. Our Personal Loan was awarded the 2023 Mozo Experts Choice Award in the Unsecured Personal Loan category.

Our Home Advantage Package 3 Year Fixed Rate Home Loan for Investors won the 2022 RateCity Gold Award for Investor 3 Year Fixed Home Loan Interest Only.

In March 2021, our Online Saver Savings Account was awarded the RateCity Gold Award for Best Standard Savings Account. Our Target Bonus Savings Account was also awarded the RateCity Gold Award for Best Regular Savers Account.
