This personal loan is unique. It’s a great low cost option that allows you to keep your term deposit invested while still buying what you want.

The loan is secured against a Heritage term deposit - for example: a $10,000 term deposit with Heritage can be used as security for a low interest rate $10,000 personal loan
The loan must be 100% secured by charge over a Heritage term deposit
You will pay a low rate of interest on your loan whilst still earning interest on your term deposit
Minimum loan amount is $5,000
