three different Heritage product categories, then you automatically qualify to earn Heritage Credits.
How it works
Our loyalty program puts People first by rewarding our customers for their loyalty. Registration is automatic for every member with a Classic Rewards or Gold Rewards credit card or if you hold products from at least three of these different Heritage product categories:
- Savings/transaction account
- Term deposit
- Home loan
- Personal loan
- Credit card
- Business loan
Registered members receive 'Credits' for a wide range of activities including:
- Spending on your credit card
- Account balances
- Membership anniversaries
- Spending at nominated bonus partners
- Special promotions
You can view your Credits balance or redeem Credits at any time online or over the phone.
Online: Login to Heritage on-line banking, and click “Rewarding You”
Phone: Call 13 14 22 and select Option 8
