24/7 Global Emergency Assistance
Customer support is available 24 hours a day through the Cash Passport 24/7 Global Emergency Assistance service. They can assist with a range of services including card balances, forgotten PIN, replacement of lost or stolen cards, emergency cash, translator services, help finding legal or medical support and sending a message home. The list of global toll free phone numbers are included on the Cash Passport pack and on the back of the relevant Cash Passport card.
Retrieving any funds left on the card
If your Cash Passport card has expired or is close to expiring, you can call our Customer Service Team on 1800 036 739 and they can help with transferring your funds to a new Card. If you’re not planning to travel soon, you can ask for your funds to be cashed out and refunded to you. Simply download go to www.cashpassport.onlinetravelmoney.com.au/cash-out and complete the details. A cash out fee applies.

Inactivity Fee
A monthly inactivity fee will be charged if the card is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Please refer to the relevant Cash Passport Product Disclosure Statement for more information on fees and limits
