A Heritage loans specialist will work through your home loan application with you. Being prepared will speed up your approval process.
Alternatively, you can apply online. Heritage will accept applications from existing Heritage customers, or non-customers who are Australian residents living anywhere in the country (subject to Heritage's lending criteria and Mortgage Insurance requirements if applicable).
A Heritage staff member will contact you directly if any additional requirements are necessary. We will get back to you within four working hours with a decision on whether you qualify for a loan or to collect any additional information.
