Verified by Visa is a secure service that allows you use a personal password with your Heritage Visa card. This gives you added assurance that only you can use your Heritage Visa card to make online purchases.
Once Verified by Visa is activated, the online store recognises your card and initiates a pop up window in order for you to enter your password. Your password will then be verified and your payment authorised. In online stores that are not yet participating in Verified by Visa, your Visa card will work as normal.
You must be registered for Heritage on-line internet banking in order to sign-up for Verified by Visa.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR VERIFIED BY VISA
- Log on to Heritage on-line internet banking
- Choose 'Services' then 'Set Verified by Visa Password'
- Click on the drop-down box and choose the appropriate card number to register
- Enter in a password
- Re-enter your password for verification
- Enter your personal assurance message. This message will be displayed on the screen when you are using your registered Visa card. It is an additional security feature
